About Fanployer

Reviews and posts from employees directly impact a company’s reputation amongst jobseekers and therefore have a huge influence on its recruitment success. Our founder, Anne experienced this first hand during her time as Global HR Director at Hunkemöller. Anne and her team started looking for a tool to keep track of and help manage the online presence, employer brand, and online candidate experience and soon realized that, although there are quite some tools to track the opinions about the company from customers, there wasn’t a tool for doing the same with employees.

To fill this gap in the market, the Fanployer solution was born!

To help support our growth we’re searching for a Sales Champion who likes to join this adventure, sees opportunities, loves engaging with customers, and is ready to jump right in.

Together with Donja, Anne, Silvan, Pepijn, Rutger, Russ & Sebastian, and 3 of our new team members you will make sure our customers become as much fans of us as their employees are of them.

What will you do?
In your role as Business Development Manager, you are responsible for the commercial growth of our business. You see opportunities everywhere, are enthusiastic, can create a fan-making customer journey, will do everything to meet and exceed goals and have a true entrepreneurial mindset. You continuously improve our ways of working, processes, and tools (Hubspot), and manage the projects to make that happen.

Examples of projects:

  • Design and execute a next-level fan-making customer journey
  • Grow our pipeline of customers and manage our partners
  • Help create a flawless operational set-up including Hubspot, communications, and internal processes, and potentially grow your team as we grow!

 

What we expect from you:

  • 4+ years of experience in a commercial role
  • You are an enthusiast and a great communicator
  • You speak both fluent Dutch and English
  • You have an interest in Recruitment, employer branding, and/or social media
  • You believe in continuous improvement and that you can learn anything as long as you try hard enough.
  • You enjoy reflecting on your learnings to improve your performance and that of your colleagues.
  • You’re able to quickly understand information and processes and can translate them into a bigger picture.
  • You’re proactive and effective at building strong (working) relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • You are a clear communicator and can adapt your messages to your audience.

  • Research new leads opportunities and create lead list with tools like Loosha
  • Implement new tools to automate the sales process
  • Get in touch with potential leads daily by phone, Linkedin, email etc.

What we expect from you:

  • 1+ years of experience in a commercial role
  • You are an enthusiast and a great communicator
  • You speak both fluent Dutch and English
  • You live for sales
